Every day we see the importance of the Second Amendment. We live in a dangerous world. Even in the United States, families face the threat of death. That’s when we need to defend ourselves.
They say the only thing that can stop a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun. That is proven true time and again. Law-abiding citizens should arm themselves. Sometimes, they are the only thing between life and death.
That’s just what Carlos Molina discovered when he went to dinner with his family.
A father fatally shot an armed robber who threatened him and his family at a Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in San Antonio, Texas.
Officers told Fox San Antonia that 19-year-old Andrews Herrera was killed after he approached Carlos Molina, 32, just before 9 p.m. Wednesday. Molina was eating at the fried chicken chain with his family when Herrera demanded that he hand over his property and threatened his children with a gun, police say.
According to the news site, Molina told Herrera that he had no money and asked whether his family could leave. Most of the family left the restaurant, but Herrera then pointed the gun at two of Molina’s children as they walked out of a restroom. In response, Molina drew his licensed handgun and shot Herrera several times, fatally wounding him, police said.
Officers believe Molina shot Herrera “in defense of a third person,” according to Fox San Antonia.

Stories like this happen all the time. We don’t always hear about them. That’s because the liberal media tries to bury them.
They want you to believe that guns are bad. The only people who use them are criminals. But this story proves that a good guy with a gun means all the difference.
If Molina wasn’t armed, his family might have died. The police weren’t around. The gunman was clearly edgy and unpredictable. At any moment, he could have slaughtered everyone in that restaurant. Molina’s quick actions saved his children’s lives. And everyone else.
This is why we stick up for the Second Amendment so much. The government can’t always protect you. The cops might not be nearby. The only way you can defend yourself, your land, and your family, is with a firearm.
I know Molina is happy he was carrying.
