Donald Trump defied the odds (at least according to the media) with his successful convention in Cleveland. The Democrats…not so much.
Between the flag controversy, the Wikileaks dump leading the party chair to resign, the mass walk-out and the bizarro, vacuous speeches the DNC has been an unprecedented disaster for Hillary Clinton.
Now the polls are starting to reflect just how bad things are getting for Crooked Hillary.
Today’s LA Times National Tracking Poll is just the latest, but it is by far the most concerning to the Clinton camp and their America-hating supporters everywhere.
The Daily Caller has the details…
Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump now has a seven point lead over Hillary Clinton nationally, according to a USC Dornsife/LA Times Presidential Election Daybreak poll released Wednesday.
The poll, which is updated daily, showed Trump leading Clinton 47 percent to 40 percent. The lead is outside the poll’s margin of error of 3 percentage points in either direction, indicating that the jump is not just the result of chance.
The seven point lead comes in the aftermath of the GOP Convention, at the beginning of which Trump enjoyed only a one point lead. The two were tied in the poll for much of the week, but after the Democratic National Convention (DNC) kicked off on Monday, Hillary’s ratings have taken a nose-dive.
