Fox News host Sean Hannity has come under fire in recent weeks for daring to report on the murder of Seth Rich, a 27-year-old DNC employee who many believe was leaking information about his organization to Wikileaks.
Despite an ever-growing pile of evidence to support this claim, the left have been quick to denounce any attempts to investigate the story by calling it a “debunked right-wing conspiracy theory.”
The desperation of the Democrats to bury this case is telling. They have been on the war path, and are attacking anyone who tries to find out the truth about what really happened to Seth Rich.
Hannity has not bowed to their demands, and since then he has been receiving all manner of threats from leftist groups who want him to stop talking.
But when one company decided to stop advertising on his show, Hannity’s loyal audience fought back and made it clear that the left’s efforts to silence Hannity will not succeed.
From The Daily Wire:
Financial services firm USAA has reinstated its advertising on Fox News Channel’s Hannity, following criticism from clients over its decision to join an advertiser boycott of Sean Hannity’s television program initiated by Media Matters for America (MMFA).
Media Matters for America is a neo-Marxist and Democrat-aligned political agitation group founded by Clinton loyalist David Brock. It operates as an extension of the Clinton family’s political apparatus.
Upon its decision to halt advertising on Hannity, USAA said its policy was to avoid politically opinionated shows.
Considering that USAA’s services are targeted towards military members and their families, it doesn’t seem likely that they truly want to avoid being political. When your customer base is made up of basically 100% US military, it’s not in your best interest to pull advertising from Hannity.
Hannity is a vocal supporter of President Trump, as are many of our nation’s military. In fact, service members backed Trump over Clinton by a 3-1 margin in the last election.
USAA should know that you don’t bite the hand that feeds you. If your entire business model is catering services to veterans and active duty service members, you probably want to be careful when responding to boycott threats, especially towards a news organization that is watched by the military.
Many service members who are also USAA customers let their dissatisfaction with the company be known on its website.
I did NOT risk my life to protect the 1st Amendment for this bank to turn on it because some fascist left organization did not like what a reporter had to say.I have 7 accounts at this bank with over 250k passing through it annually. If this Bank will not stand up to the Constitutional values I fought for, then I will remove all my accounts and tell me veteran brothers to do the same. You have 10 days to retract and put out a public statement. Stay out of politics!!!
I have been with USAA a long time and I can not believe USAA has caved in to the left… I will be looking for a new insurance company
I found out that USAA pulled its advertisements from Fox’s Hannity show do to the liberal left pressure. I would point out tht by a 3-1 margin the military supports Trump and by a 2-1 margin the veterans support Trump. I am pretty sure “caving” to liberals such as the Soros backed Media Matters is not in line with your membership. I have been a long time member with multiple products and am seriously considering moving my portfolio due to your company’s decision to fall in line with Fake liberal pressure. I am disappointed in this company and will tell everyone.
For his part, Hannity has refused to bow to what he calls “liberal fascism”, and claims that he is “making progress” on revealing the truth behind who killed Seth Rich. “I will not stop investigating, and I will not stop asking questions,” Hannity promised his audience last night.
