One of the bright spots of Donald Trump’s campaign is that he’s largely self-funded. He’s using his own money—earned through his massively successful business—to show the American public that he’s not in anyone’s pocket. This is a stark contrast to just about every other politician in the world.
His closest rival to the Oval Office, Hillary Clinton, cannot make that claim.
Since Bill and Hillary left the White House in 2000, they went from the modestly high salary that a president makes, to becoming multi-millionaires. This money has come mainly through their charitable foundation.
Now you may wonder how a charity can make a person rich. It’s one of the oldest tax-avoidance schemes. Set up a charity, get donations from your rich buddies, avoid paying taxes on it, and use the money as you please.
This “Clinton Foundation” has allowed the Clintons to become rich, while allowing foreign interests to get an ear from the powerful couple. If you give politicians millions of dollars, you better believe they’ll do whatever you say.
From Daily Caller:
As a presidential candidate, the amount of foreign cash the Clintons have amassed from the Persian Gulf states is “simply unprecedented,” says national security analyst Patrick Poole.
“These regimes are buying access. You’ve got the Saudis. You’ve got the Kuwaitis, Oman, Qatar and the UAE. There are massive conflicts of interest. It’s beyond comprehension,” Poole told The DCNF in an interview.
The Clintons have received over 85 million dollars from Persian Gulf states. Although some of these nations have long ties to the United States, their loyalties cannot be said to be on our side.
Being so close to the conflicts of the Middle East, it’s easy to understand that they’re only interested in protecting their countries and businesses. If the U.S. needs to exert some military force in the region, these nations can thwart it, if Hillary is president.
And that’s just one example of how these nations can borrow favors from the Clintons.
For years, the accusations have centered on the Persian Gulf practice of importing hundreds of thousands of poor foreign laborers who work for low wages, including hundreds of thousands of female “domestic workers” who have no labor rights and often face exploitation and sexual abuse. Do you think a President who’s benefited from these people will investigate such claims? Of course not. What else will these nations get away with, should Hillary come to power?
A massive influx of Middle Eastern refugees is just the beginning. You can imagine arms deals, protection for known criminals, and higher gas prices, just to name a few.
If the American people haven’t already hated Hillary, now they have a very good reason.
