One of the greatest things about being an American is that you can speak your mind without fear of retaliation.
Protected speech is one of the foundations of our nation, one that no other country promises the same way (even allies like Canada and the UK have numerous laws infringing on their “free speech”).
This kind of liberty extends to our ways of life. Regardless of our differences, Americans of all stripes are free to live and love without fear of persecution from their fellow man or government.
Unless of course, Hillary Clinton has anything to say about it.
Despite what the left claims, they do not believe in liberty and justice for all. They prioritize who should be protected and supported based on an ever-change chart of victimhood.
One generation they protect people of color, the next they protect homosexuals, these days, it’s the supposed victims of Islam.
While Obama and this cronies bend over backwards to protect the ideology that murders gays and wishes to overthrow everything we believe in, they neglect to defend Americans. Hillary Clinton pretends to support women, minorities, and the LBGT communities.
But if that were true, how could she accept cash from nations that don’t? And such massive donations, you’d think she would owe them something.
From Yes I’m Right:
The Clinton Foundation has accepted millions from Middle Eastern and other foreign governments that criminalize homosexuality – but prominent gay rights groups in America have stayed silent on the apparent disconnect between Hillary Clinton’s rhetoric and the donations.
“Unquestionably, they’re not standing up for their principles,” said Human Rights Foundation President Thor Halvorssen.
The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee frequently talks about her support for the LGBT community, while ripping what she describes as discriminatory policies in the U.S.
Fox News contacted more than a half-dozen prominent gay rights organizations including The Human Rights Campaign; GLAAD; the International Gay and Lesbian Human Rights Commission; the Los Angeles LGBT Center; and the Gill Foundation. None would comment on what critics consider Clinton’s hypocrisy, promising to protect gay rights while enriching her foundation by promoting ties with repressive governments that violate those rights.
Halvorssen said these governments are “essentially buying their way into the good graces of someone who could be the next president” and underscored the disconnect with Clinton’s message on the campaign trail.
“The Clintons constantly talk about how they are friends and allies of the gay community, yet here they are receiving tens of millions of dollars from governments that actually execute people for being gay,” he said.
How could supposed activists for gay rights, as the Clintons claim to be, take money from countries that arrest homosexuals, subject them to hard labor as punishment, and kill them?
Do their values only extend to the U.S. border?
Certainly taking millions from nations like Brunei and Saudi Arabia makes the Clinton’s subject to those nation’s demands. Since when does a country give out millions and expect nothing in return?
It is true the love of money is the root of all evil. And the Clintons value money more than their supposed principles. If Hillary were elected president, what kind of country would she turn this into? Not one that supports freedom of speech, religion, and the rights of all Americans.
Don’t believe her rhetoric. Follow the money.
