Everyone from hardcore Donald Trump supporters to the casual political watcher knows by now Democrats will stop at nearly nothing to win the White House – even welcoming the likes of protesters paid by George Soros and his ilk to Republican rallies around the nation to drum up the opposition.
But this is a new low, even for the left-leaing.
According to a new video investigation conducted by James O’Keefe of Project Veritas fame, Democrats have hired and trained provocateurs to stir up fights at various GOP events.
This, from Breitbart: “Democrats have used trained provocateurs to instigate violence at Republican events nationwide throughout the 2016 election cycle, including at several Donald Trump rallies, using a tactic called ‘bird-dogging,’ according to a new video investigation released Monday by James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas. The goal of ‘bird-dogging’ is to create a sense of ‘anarchy’ around Donald Trump that would undermine his political support.”
The strategy oftentimes ropes in the elderly and handicapped, or those perceived as most vulnerable.
Team Clinton is also using a well-trained Chicago political activist to conduct and oversee the operations.
Robert Creamer, from Chicago, is a convicted felon who’s believed to have plotted the Democrats’ successful press for Obamacare in 2009 and 2010 – and now he’s on the scene to help with this “bird-dogging” of the GOP, Breitbart reported.
And what specifically did Project Veritas uncover?
“Creamer affirms on one video that Clinton is aware of ‘all’ of his work, and that [his] Democracy Partners [group] has a daily telephone call with the Clinton campaign to coordinate efforts,” Breitbart reported. “O’Keefe and his team also obtained hidden camera videos showing one of Creamer’s consultants, Scott Foval, describing ‘bird-dogging,’ among other tactics, and taking credit for having instigated violence at several Republican events during the 2016 election cycle.”
There’s also a brief excerpt where Foval talks about a past protest of Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker that made national waves. Walker, at the Iowa State Fair, grabbed a sign out of one protester’s hands and the protester, in turn, seemed to get roughed up, right in front of the cameras.
“That was all us,” Foval said to Project Veritas, Breitbart reported. “The guy that got roughed up is my counterpart, who works for Bob [Creamer]. … We scenarioed it. … We planted multiple people in that front area around him and in the back to make sure there wasn’t just an action that happened up front, there was also a reaction that happened out back.”
That way, the protest looked violent in more than one spots.
So why don’t Republicans do that same?
As Foval put it, Breitbart reported: “Republicans are less adept at such tactics because they obey the rules.”
