Donald Trump is proving that he is willing to take the fight to the Democrats like no Republican in modern history.
It is becoming equally clear that they have no idea how to respond.
Hillary Clinton’s strategy of deflecting and ignoring is a disaster for her campaign. Since Trump has focused his guns on Clinton, her poll numbers are in free fall as Trump continues to rise.
From trade to guns to her husband’s tendency to rape young girls, there is no issue Trump won’t raise and the Democrats seem to have no answers.
Arguably, the biggest issue on Donald Trump’s ticket is illegal immigration.
He virtually sent the Internet on fire when he came out with his plan to build a wall along the Mexican border. The media flipped their wigs again when he announced his temporary ban on Muslim immigration in light of the Syrian refugee crisis.
Now that he has gained the GOP nomination, Trump isn’t changing his tune one bit.
He recently spoke with Breitbart regarding the issue, assert his strong stance. He also alleged what we all knew: Hillary Clinton’s plan is to encourage more illegal immigration, opening a wide door to America.
According to Breitbart Trump had this to say:
“I think it’s a disaster for our country. She wants to allow people in, she wants to have a very weak border, she wants illegal immigrants to flow into the country with all of the problems—to flow into the country—and she wants to allow the Syrians to come in in numbers far greater than even Obama. We have no idea who these people are. They’re not documented. Nobody knows anything about them. I think it’s catastrophic for the country if that’s allowed to happen.”
Despite what the liberal media is claiming, Trump does not want to shut out immigrants. His plan is strong against illegal immigration and the bringing in of undocumented individuals from around the world. But he understands the need to legally and safely welcome new people into the fold.
“We’re going to have very strong borders, and people can come into the country, but they have to come in legally. They have to come in legally. And the Syrians, we won’t take them, because we don’t know who they are and where they’re from. They could be ISIS. So we won’t take them.”
And when asked if, now that he is the GOP nominee, he plans to stick with his plans for a wall on the border paid for by Mexico—Clinton opposes the construction of a border-securing wall—Trump said he does.
“Absolutely, we’re going to have a wall—and Mexico is going to pay for the wall,” Trump said.
Contrast this with Clinton’s plan to not only continue Obama’s disastrous immigration ideals, but to expand them.
Clinton, meanwhile, on her own website, does not even hide the fact that she supports a full-blown amnesty for all the illegal aliens inside America—and that she wants to expand President Barack Obama’s executive amnesty programs.
The website also says that if she is elected president Clinton will “defend” the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) executive amnesty for illegal alien minors and the Deferred Action for Parental Accountability (DAPA) executive amnesty for adult illegal aliens.
We’re living at a time when we cannot afford to slip up. Our economy and our national security are at risk. Having such loose and unsecured borders is not acceptable. Say what you will about Trump’s stance, at least he has a plan that will protect America citizens.
Clinton is willing to give us all up to benefit strangers.
