Trump Interviews Another Black Conservative For Cabinet…Liberals Go Nuts!

President-elect Trump has a monumental task ahead of him in finding the best and brightest of our loyal patriots to assist him in his new administration and a lot of names get thrown into the hat as potential candidates for cabinet positions.

No doubt, Trump has taken notice of many who have served this country as state senators and governors but also distinguished themselves as military officers, as well.

One of them has been Col. Allen B. West who has met with vice president-elect, Mike Pence to discuss what part he might play in a Trump administration.

Allen B West shared some details:

As The Hill reports Former Rep. Allen West (R-Fla.) met with Vice President-elect Mike Pence and several other members of the incoming national security team to discuss ways the former Army lieutenant colonel may be able to “continue to serve” his country.

“Nothing was offered. I mean, they know my reputation very well,” West told pool reporters in the lobby of Trump Tower following the meeting.

“I’m just a simple soldier and I’m the third of four generations that served this country going back to my father in World War II, and we still have a relative of ours that is continuing to serve in the Army now,” he added.

West said he also met with retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, whom President-elect Donald Trump has picked to be his national security adviser, and K.T. McFarland, Trump’s choice for deputy national security adviser.

When asked his thoughts on Trump’s choices for secretary of State, a list that includes former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney, among others, West said the president-elect should choose who he wants.

“I’m just considering how I can best serve this country and through this administration,” he said.

Just the fact that Allen West has been on the front lines of the conflicts in the middle east and has first hand experience with radical Islam makes him an ideal candidate for a position with homeland security or immigration.

Whatever president-elect Trump asks him to do, he will probably answer the call of duty with fervent devotion and patriotism!
