This past week brought more news of terror and hate in our country. America had to watch as another attack was perpetrated on a university campus.
Muslim Somali refugee, Abdul Razak Ali Artan, used his car to attack students and faculty. Then he proceeds to assault even more with a knife. He was stopped only when an officer opened fire.
News is coming out that the man, once again, was inspired by ISIS to commit these atrocious acts of violence. Once again, a gun free zone was the scene of terrible and unacceptable bloodshed on American soil.
Yet the left and liberal media refuse to see the writing on the wall. They use these terrible attacks to push forward their gun control or anti-police agenda, ignoring the real danger of radical Islamic terror.
One particular radical activist even tweeted out this:
So white officer Alan Horujko who shot and killed the Black Somali stabbing suspect in Ohio is being paraded as a hero. Thats interesting
— Tariq Nasheed (@tariqnasheed) November 28, 2016
Nasheed’s comments brought confusion and anger from many. Was he implying that the cop was wrong to shoot a man who was trying to kill innocent students? This Black Lives Matter supporter seemed to be trying to twist this incident into an excuse to promote his own agenda.
From Louder with Crowder:
When Tucker Carlson is involved in a story, we usually hit you with something along the lines of “Tucker Carlson Stomps On…” and “Tucker Carlson Makes Mince Meat of…” That was until Carlson met Twitter sensation Tariq Nasheed.
Sometimes bad things happen to good people – like accidentally stepping in a steaming pile of turdberries. Or in this case, getting stuck doing an interview with Tariq Nasheed. Small difference. While there may have definitely been some of Tucker’s textbook “destroying” and “murderizing” going on, there were times where Tariq just left him speechless…
In the video, Nasheed was very defensive, quick to call everyone, from Tucker to Fox News to our own government white supremacists. I’d like to know, along with Tucker, how a country run by a black President, that imports many thousands of non-white immigrants, is a white supremacist nation.
Nasheed refused to comment on his racially-charged comments, quick to try to explain away what he said and point the finger at Tucker and everyone else. He claimed America is no different than it was in 1955, despite decades of progress we’ve seen (including the Civil Rights Act).
The fact that this activist is using a terrible act of terror to promote his racial agenda is disgusting. We know the killer was a Somali Muslim inspired by ISIS, who are taking credit for the attack. Yet Nasheed seems to almost defend the killer–based on his tweets–and making the event look like another cop shooting.
This is why the left is rapidly losing ground. They are giving credence to men like Nasheed, who lie and twist facts to defend warped and hate-driven ideology. They want black Americans to believe America is actively working against them, despite the great strides we’ve made in the last 60 years.
It’s clear Nasheed is driven by emotions, not logic and fact. He uses emotional manipulation to win over listeners. But the time where emotion-driven activism and politics is over. Unless you’re willing to look at the facts, and use arguments based on logic, we’re not going to listen to you.
But I doubt Nasheed and others like him will learn that.
