Donald Gets 9th Circuit Court To Heel In Landmark Immigration Ruling

One of the biggest hurdles to President Trump’s success has been rogue judges. These men and women have been abusing their authority to undermine the President. Often they have made rulings, not based on law, but on their own feelings and prejudices.

They have violated the high standards of our courts for political reasons. It has forced issues to go all the way to the Supreme Court, who has often sided with the President.

However, one unruly court has made a significant decision. And it actually upholds Trump’s plans.

Shocking.

From The Federalist Papers:

A federal court has ruled – unanimously – that illegal immigrant children are not entitled to government-paid attorneys during their deportation case…

“Mandating free court-appointed counsel could further strain an already overextended immigration system,” wrote Judge Consuelo M. Callahan, who was appointed by President George W. Bush.

The decision was a shocker to immigration activists, who have tried for years to get lawyers for juveniles facing deportation.

“It is a brutal decision,” said Ahilan Arulanantham, legal director of the ACLU of Southern California. “It is brutal for him and also brutal for thousands of other children who have fled three of the most violent countries on Earth — Honduras, Guatemala and El Salvador.”

Make no mistake: immigration activists don’t care about U.S. laws. They try to score sympathy in the hopes of granting complete amnesty for illegals. They don’t care about the rights of American citizens, or how illegals put a huge burden on our country. They’d be happy if the United States bent over backward to help aliens.

It’s an unrealistic demand. The government is prosecuting these illegals. Why should that same government spend tax dollars for these illegals’ defense? It doesn’t make sense. American citizens can be provided with legal defense in a criminal case. But they are citizens. They have rights illegals don’t.

This ruling is a step in the right direction. It establishes a precedent, one that favors lessening the burden of our immigration system. Hopefully, it will lead to greater reform that will benefit both legal immigrants and American citizens.
