After Biden Makes Major 2024 Trump Claim – The Polls Put Joe in His Place, Show Donald Leading in Ohio

What’s Happening:

We’ve been speculating on the 2024 presidential match-up… well, ever since Joe Biden entered office. It seems even Democrats can’t wait for a chance to pick someone else to run for them.

Despite the writing on the wall, Biden still claims he’ll be fit enough to run in two years (he’ll be 80 next month). And he even claimed he could beat Donald Trump again.

From Express:

Joe Biden has suggested he could run for a second consecutive term in the Oval Office, declaring: “I believe I can beat Donald Trump again.” The incumbent president, 79, has previously hinted he could be debating a second presidential bid in 2024.

Uh… okay, Joe. You didn’t even beat Trump the first time–but let’s not get into that!

While Biden is talking big, as usual, the facts don’t back him up (as usual). A new poll coming out of a major swing state is shedding light on Biden’s chances.

From The Washington Examiner:

Fifty-seven percent of Ohio voters disapprove of the job Joe Biden is doing as president, while 37% approve. In a hypothetical 2024 match-up between President Biden and former President Donald Trump, 48% would support Trump and 40% support Biden.

Ouch. Trump won Ohio in 2020 by a strong margin. And it looks like if a rematch were to take place, Trump would win again.

According to a poll from Emerson College Polling, Trump would beat Biden 48-40. That’s a pretty brutal margin, for a sitting president that claims he’s a success. A devastating 57% of Ohio voters disapprove of Biden’s presidency. Only 37% approve. That’s consistent with most approval polls that have come out over the last two years.

It seems Biden continues to fail the swing voters of Ohio. As we approach the midterms, there isn’t much Democrats can point to, to win over Americans.

Biden’s track record is dragging the party down. He is responsible for an open border, 40-year-high inflation, a crippled energy sector, and impending recession. Yet despite his many failures, Biden is too proud to admit he is responsible. And his failing administration is unwilling to reverse course on any of his terrible decisions. The Democratic Party continues to follow Biden, even as he keeps going to war with Americans.

It’s no wonder Ohio voters don’t have his back.

Key Takeaways:

  • Joe Biden claims he could beat Donald Trump again, as he teased a 2024 run.
  • A new Ohio poll reveals Trump is leading Biden in a possible rematch, 48-40.
  • Biden’s approval among Ohio voters is just as bad as it is everywhere else.
