Just off the news that Democrats lost Virginia, Biden announced his new mandate for private businesses. His administration will be conducting planned inspections to ensure companies are following his edicts. If they are not, they could be subject to fines as high as $135,532.

The measures are to be carried out by the Department of Labor, under their OSHA. This “Occupational Safety and Health Administration” was originally created to ensure safe working environments for employees. Today, it is being used by Biden to strip Americans of their liberties and jobs, over his mandate.

Numerous states and private businesses have vowed to fight this mandate, even before it has been signed. Now that Biden has doubled down on this disastrous move, expect even more pushback across the country.

How does Biden expect this move to be successful? Americans from all backgrounds have expressed outrage over his mandate. States that won’t fight it will find even more people and companies fleeing.
