He shuffled across the platform, his hands limp and helpless, like a nursing home patient trying to find his room.
Just as it appears he was going to fall off the stage, a voice had to bring him back to reality.
Democrats can make as many excuses as they want. But does that look like a man in charge of his faculties?
Even if he’s perfectly fine (he’s not), this video shows how disorganized, confused, and lacking in confidence the man is.
