For most of his tenure, President Joe Biden has come under heavy scrutiny for his behavior. Some claim he is not 100% mentally fit.
Others point toward disturbing rumors concerning his association with younger children, and will cite highly questionable interactions caught on camera.
And arguably one of his most cringe-worthy moments just happened.
During a White House event on Monday, the President helped the Atlanta Braves celebrate their World Series victory in 2021.
The team gave Biden a jersey with his name on it and then came time for the press photos.
The President assembled with the team and then wanted to get the younger attendees involved, after being prompted to stick around by photographers.
Biden spotted a group of children and encouraged them to come up — then the wording got a little odd (from Breitbart):
‘Guys, c’mere,’ he said. ‘Everyone under 15, c’mere. C’mon.’
He met briefly with some boys and turned to an older girl and beckoned.
‘C’mon, honey,’ he said, urging her to come over.
Biden explained that he had “a daughter that’s two-team all-state,” then later knelt beside a young boy and pulled him closer for a picture.
At some point, a Biden staffer quietly came to the stage and got the President to leave, but not before all the pictures were snapped.
Democrats are saying that POTUS was just being friendly with the kids in the audience.
However, his critics say this sort of thing that happens too often, and Biden’s behavior around younger individuals is definitely questionable.
They say that if it were anyone else – Trump, for example – the mainstream media wouldn’t dismiss these actions so quickly.
Now the question is whether or not Biden’s behavior and cognitive state will be of increasing concern in the coming years.
