The White House is spiraling with its latest attempt to salvage the 2022 midterms. Biden gave a speech calling “MAGA” Americans a “threat to democracy.”

Most critics, including some liberals, claimed Biden’s words only meant to divide the country further.

But, according to his press secretary, that couldn’t be further from the truth!

From Fox News:

“People have talked about if (the speech) was divisive. It wasn’t divisive,” Jean-Pierre said. “(President Biden) was talking to a majority of the country who agree that we have to protect our democracy, who agree that we have to protect our freedom, who agree that we have to protect our rights.”

Oh, so it wasn’t divisive. I guess we just imagined it. Biden was actually speaking to the “majority.”

But then, KJP undermined her own argument.

“You don’t have to look further than Jan. 6, 2021, to see what their attack was on our democracy. It was very clear. We all saw it,” Jean-Pierre said. “And when you have people who say the protesters on that day were patriots, that’s problematic. That’s coming from leaders.”

Oh… I see. Karine Jean-Pierre claims that Biden speaks for the “majority” of Americans when he called Republicans “threats to democracy.”

She claimed that Biden wasn’t being divisive when he slandered millions of people who voted for Donald Trump.

Then, she once again dragged out J6 as “proof” that people who support Trump are “attacking” democracy.

How many times are Democrats going to point to that day as some kind of magic bullet that proves all their claims?

Most Americans aren’t even concerned with J6 anymore. And anyone who is being honest knows that most “MAGA Republicans” had nothing to do with the events of that day.

Even Trump condemned them.

Yet Jean-Pierre, like many Democrats, keeps using J6 as a way to justify Biden’s increasingly tyrannical-sounding rhetoric.

Biden is basically saying, “Either you support me or you’re an enemy.” When has that ever been acceptable in the United States?

And his press secretary is trying to gaslight us into thinking that’s not divisive!
