Yelling “What difference, at this point, does it make?” and blaming it on “a video” didn’t have the impact Hillary Clinton had hoped.
She desperately wanted everyone to forget about the Benghazi massacre, and stop asking why it really happened and why Obama didn’t do everything in his power to rescue Americans in peril.
Now the answers are coming into focus.
The House Benghazi Committee just released its final report, and according to the Conservative Tribune, its conclusions are damning:
“Obama administration officials, including the Secretary of State, learned almost in real time that the attack in Benghazi was a terrorist attack,” a statement from The Select Committee on Benghazi member Rep. Jim Jordan included in the report read.
“Rather than tell the American people the truth, the administration told one story privately and a different story publicly,” the statement continued. (…)
“What may appear at first blush to be a lack of competence on behalf of the State Department now appears fully intentional and coordinated,” the report read. “Delaying the production of documents sought by letter, informal request or subpoena has decided political advantages for those opposing the investigation.”
It’s now apparent that Clinton stonewalled in order to help Obama win reelection, and then it was Obama’s turn to run interference for her on the Benghazi file while she ran for president.
Will this report change the outcome of the November election? It’s possible that voters are already overwhelmed by all the information coming out about Hillary’s wrongdoing. Only time will tell.
