Congress is finally taking action Trump supporters have been begging for.

Things are heating up at the border. Each day, we discover another shocking move by migrant caravans.

Now more than ever, we need a secure border. That means Trump’s promised big, beautiful wall.

As conflict becomes more common at the ports, even Congress is waking up to this reality.

We cannot go another year without real plans to build the wall. Those caravans aren’t going to stop.

Migrants will rush our border until its impossible to do so.

It seems like, at least a few in Congress, are actually doing something about it.

On Monday’s broadcast of the Fox News Channel’s “Outnumbered,” House Republican Whip Steve Scalise (R-LA) stated that there are “big negotiations” on increased funding for a border wall.

Scalise said, “[T]here are negotiations going on right now over the end of the year funding, and in just a few weeks, this all comes to a head. So, the Homeland Security Department’s budget expires at the end of November. One of the big negotiations we’re in the middle of right now is over whether or not we can get more money to build the wall. I support that. We ought to do it.”

The entire nation is watching what’s going on at the border.

Even liberals have to admit this is a disaster. We can’t let migrants march into our country.

Only a secure, lasting wall will eliminate border jumpers and caravans streaming into our country.

But Republicans need to act. They’ve been talking about the wall for years. Where is it?

They’ve already lost ground in the House. If they waffle for another two years, they might lose it for good.

Democrats have to work with the president if they want to get anything done. That includes funding for the wall.

They can’t delay it any longer.
