Democrats thought they won – but Donald is stealing their win back and making border jumpers pay.

After months of attempts to stop them, the caravans from Central America continue to be a problem.

Liberal judges have gone as far as blocking Trump lawful measures to prevent them from entering.

These judges even tried to force our country to let migrants stay in the U.S., an obvious ploy to let them slip away.

Now, Trump found a way to stick it to these judges—with help from Mexico.

DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen announced an agreement on Thursday with Mexico that will keep asylum seekers in Mexico until their cases are heard by an immigration judge.

Under the new agreement, migrants who ask for asylum at a port of entry or illegal aliens apprehended by border patrol who ask for asylum will be issued a court date and returned to Mexico.

Mexico has agreed to allow any foreign citizen with an a notice to appear in court to stay in Mexico until the date arrives.

Mexico has every reason to work with Trump. If they aren’t willing to cooperate, they risk losing big trade deals.

Trump can just shut the border entirely. That will hurt Mexico beyond all imagination.

Liberal judges clearly wanted to enact a “catch and release” scenario with these caravaners. Let them into the country, forcing them to “wait” for asylum approval.

Meanwhile, they’re already in the country! Who’s going to stop them from slipping away, unnoticed?

It’s not like Customs can watch them 24/7. This was clearly an attempt to undermine our borders and our president.

Trump’s plan prevents that from happening because Mexico is willing to hold them on the other side.

Chances are, few of these migrants will be allowed in. These liberal judges were trying to create a chaotic situation to force these people through. They lost.
