Congress thought they could get away with it, but Donald stopped Pelosi’s party in its tracks.

Once again, Congressional Republicans refuse to fund the border wall, proving many of them are cowards.

They are pushing forward a spending bill with billions going to everything—except the border wall.

But it looks like Trump is not backing down. He just might block their latest slap in America’s face.

A potential deal on Capitol Hill to avert a government shutdown with a short-term spending measure hit a roadblock Thursday as the White House said President Trump “does not want to go further” with anything that does not include sought-after funding for border security.

“The president is having a meeting with Republican House members at noon today,” White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement. “At this moment, the president does not want to go further without border security, which includes steel slats or a wall. The president is continuing to weigh his options.”

We see this every time the government has to pass a budget.

Our cowardly congressmen refuse to fund the things that are really needed.

But Planned Parenthood? Wasteful projects? Those always get hundreds of millions in cash!

A simple wall to protect America from invaders? That, apparently, is a controversial issue.

With Democrats poised to take over the House this January, this might be the last chance to get border funding.

Outgoing Republicans just don’t care. Their careers in government are over. Might as well ruin everything for the rest of us!

It looks like President Trump isn’t going to let them get away with it. Vetoing the bill this week will lead to at least a partial government shutdown.

That might plunge certain agencies into chaos. But it might be the only thing to force lawmakers to actually fund the wall.

It’s high time these goons actually listen to the American people.
