We’ve written in the past about the unmitigated crisis that has come about in Europe.
Since EU leaders have foolishly opened the doors to unregulated Middle Eastern refugees, the risk of violent crimes and terrorist attacks have risen.
We already saw two devastating attacks in Paris and Brussels. While citizens across Europe, most notably Germany, have protested the continue influx of refugees, their leaders aren’t listening.
Now we know just how dangerous this situation is. Experts have suspected that ISIS terrorists have been using the migrant crisis to sneak into Europe. A report filed by the German federal crime office has confirmed this to be true. The numbers are shocking.
According to German federal crime office, a number of Islamic terrorists have entered Germany by hiding amongst recent flows of migrants from the Middle East, and since last year 369 people with suspected ties to the Islamic State have come into the country in this way.
“German security authorities have indications that members and supporters of terrorist organizations are infiltrating groups of migrants in a focused and organized way, in order to launch attacks in Germany,” said a police spokesman.
The chaotic way in which the migrant crisis has been handled by European leaders is an open door for anyone to enter the Continent. In an effort to seem compassionate and open-minded to the many in need, these leaders neglected to put rigorous safe-guards in place. This has resulted in an overwhelming number of people entering Europe, with zero documentation.
We’ve already seen the horrors that can be committed when good-meaning people act out of misguided “compassion.” Compassion is a dangerous thing, when not tempered with discretion and common sense.
In recent months, some 60% of migrants arriving in Germany have not been registered because the migrants had no passport or other identifying documents with them. Police said this lack of control is hindering operations and facilitates infiltration of Islamic militants.
Sixty percent! That’s a whopping number of undocumented strangers entering Europe. If you were flying from America to France, you wouldn’t get passed the gate without a ticket, passport, and in some cases, a visa. Yet thousands of migrants enter Europe everyday without even a piece of paper.
Two suicide bombers participating in the November 13 Paris attacks last year are believed to have arrived into Europe via the Balkan route, as did the two men arrested in Salzburg in December, who authorities believe were intending to participate in the same attacks.
There is also evidence that Salah Abdeslam, one of the masterminds behind the attacks, absconded with three men who entered Europe with refugees in southern Germany in October of last year.
The painful reality is, unless the leaders of the EU stop this tide of refugees and begin setting stricter measures, attacks like Paris and Brussels will become a regular thing in Europe.
