They got caught, and they’re facing real American justice for their crimes.
One of the most important reasons we must secure our border is MS-13. This vile cartel is perhaps the most violent group of criminals the world has ever known.
We can’t even go into the kinds of acts they commit to their victims. They relish in torture, brutally killing even women and children.
The gang operates across South America. And they use our weak southern border to ship drugs and violence into the United States.
As President Trump works to end their open door, Democrats continue to obstruct. Perhaps they want more Americans to die at the hands of MS-13.
At least now a few of their members are facing justice.
From the Department of Justice:
A federal grand jury in Fresno, California returned a five-count indictment yesterday against 16 members and associates of La Mara Salvatrucha (MS-13), Assistant Attorney General Brian A. Benczkowski of the Justice Department’s Criminal Division and U.S. Attorney McGregor W. Scott for the Eastern District of California announced.
The defendants are charged with assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering (two counts); conspiracy to distribute and possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine, cocaine, and marijuana; and being an alien in possession of a firearm (two counts)…
According to the complaint and indictment, the defendants were allegedly members of MS-13 operating in Mendota and Los Angeles. MS-13 is a violent criminal street gang that engages in racketeering activity, including murder, kidnapping, extortion, and drug trafficking.
Assault, racketeering, and drug trafficking are only the tips of the iceberg for this gang.
Their network of criminals has wrecked havoc across North and South America. They are brutal and merciless.
And they have numerous operatives in the United States. This case involves only 16 members. But rest assured, there are many more in America.
ICE is one of the few agencies cracking down on MS-13’s activities across the United States. From California to New York, cartel members are hiding out.
And to think, Democrats want to abolish the one agency tasked with taking MS-13 down.
Despite these arrests and prosecutions, MS-13 will not give up. They will continue to push drugs, human trafficking, and violence in the United States.
So long as they have easy access into our country.
There is only one sure-fire way they are put out of business: a secure southern border. But that would require an impenetrable barrier to stop them from coming over.
Hmm, maybe something like a wall?
