In recent months, liberals have called for the abolition of ICE. What they just pulled off, however, is exactly why we need them.

What is ICE really up to? Are they terrorizing our cities, as the left would have you believe?

To find out, all we have to do is look at a recent ICE operation. The agency targeted a major city, arresting 45 individuals.

Texas is known for outlawing sanctuary cities, and while they abide by the letter of the law, this city is still letting illegals run around and commit crimes.

So, did ICE harass innocent civilians? Let’s take a look at these so-called “undocumenteds.”

HOUSTON, Texas — Federal officers arrested 45 illegal immigrants in the Houston area during a five-day operation. Forty-two had previous criminal convictions and 15 were previously deported…

ICE stated that 15 of those arrested were previously been deported. Forty-two had criminal histories which included convictions for “serious or violent crimes.”

Those convictions include rape, child exploitation, robbery, drug trafficking, and assault.

Officials provided examples of those arrested:

• In Houston, a 29-year-old Turkish national convicted of child exploitation;
• In Houston, a previously removed 43-year-old Honduran convicted of rape;
• In Houston, a 44-year-old Cuban convicted of burglary; and
• In Tomball, a twice-removed 46-year-old Mexican national convicted of burglary and drug trafficking.

Let me ask you this: why are Democrats opposed to ICE? Look at the people they just apprehended. There were vile criminals. What they did to victims is entirely unacceptable.

The left attacks ICE, claiming they are going after “innocent” immigrants. But every time they bust a city, they reveal the caliber of people these sanctuaries are protecting.

Think about it. If American citizens were arrested for rape, child exploitation, drug trafficking, or assault—what would happen? Our court system would prosecute them.

These same Democrats would demand justice for the victims.

But when these crimes are committed by illegal aliens—people who should be here—Democrats are outraged. They attack, not the criminals who raped children or murdered families—but the agents who arrested them.

It’s like they’re taking crazy pills.

Sanctuary cities protect criminals. That’s just the truth. Democrats can complain all they want, but they are protecting rapists, burglars, and drug dealers.

And only Americans speaking out for our law enforcement will keep them from being overrun by the socialist liberal horde. Make your support for ICE known loud and clear!
