Illegals are moving in down the street, and they want to have every right and privilege Americans have worked so hard for.
The Public Interest Legal Foundation, or PILF, is an Indiana-based law firm. They are currently looking into a rather large problem in Texas. It seems that President Trump was right, again, about voter fraud in this country.
PILF sent Harris County Tax Assessor-Collector a notice, demanding to see documents with information on noncitizen voters. And, if PILF doesn’t receive them, they say they will sue Texas.
Why? Well, PILF recently discovered that there are thousands of illegals registered to vote in Harris County.
In December, PILF asked Harris County officials to turn over certain voter information, part of a broader campaign to investigate the improper registration of noncitizens in jurisdictions across the country.
County officials denied the request, asserting that voter registration records were exempt from Texas open records laws.
PILF has countered that Harris County is obligated to provide voter registration records under the National Voter Registration Act of 1993, which allows private citizens to inspect “records concerning the implementation of programs and activities conducted for the purpose of ensuring accuracy and currency of official lists of eligible voters.”
Harris County is purposefully withholding the information that PILF wants because they know it will prove that they have been allowing illegal immigrants and other noncitizens to vote in elections for who knows how long.
They have even gone on record in the past, as far back as 2006, admitting that there was a problem with noncitizen voters.
On at least two occasions, the Harris County voter registrar has publicly admitted that the county has problems keeping noncitizens off the voter rolls.
In 2006, then-Voter Registrar Paul Bettencourt, a Republican, testified before a Congressional committee that voting by foreign nationals “has and will continue to occur.”
If you’re not familiar with Harris county, it is the largest county in Texas as well as being the county in which Houston is located. And, we all know the Mayor of Houston is a full-blown liberal.
He’s the one who continued to push liberal politics even when his own people were suffering after hurricane Harvey. So it comes as no surprise that his county would be the one allowing voter fraud to take place on such a wide scale.
Compared to other Texas counties that have readily turned over voter registration documents to PILF, Harris County has been curiously uncooperative…
Well, imagine that.
