We know this entire episode against Kavanaugh is just another attempt to derail his confirmation.
Democrats are trying to exploit the #MeToo fad—birthed from scandals they created through years of sexual assault—in order to discredit Trump and his pick.
However, Senate Republicans are willing to do the right thing and let Kavanaugh’s accuser speak. Why shouldn’t she testify before them—if this incident was so terrible she brings it up 40 years later?
Big surprise: before she is willing to speak, under oath, before the committee, she is making radical demands.

Kavanaugh’s accuser is now saying that without an FBI investigation into her own allegations, she won’t show up to the hearing to testify on her own behalf, per CNN…
I think what this really proves is that Ford doesn’t want to testify. She knows the FBI has passed on it, per Trump today, and any investigation isn’t going to happen. It’s a way for her to try and save face without this going any further.
So let’s just cancel everything and vote already. This farce has gone long enough.

Already this charade is falling apart. Sen. Feinstein, who started all this, is backing away. She even admits not everything in the accusation is true.
Now the woman accusing Kavanaugh—a respected judge, family man, and American—of wrongdoing is refusing to testify.
Why? Because Kavanaugh called her bluff. The Democrats were hoping their unprecedented and disgraceful abuse of this man would force him to back down. They were wrong.
Kavanaugh is willing to testify before Senate over their wild and false allegations. Numerous others named in the so-called assault also assert it is false. Should Ford appear before the Senate—and the country—she would be exposed and humiliated.
So she threw the whole “get the FBI involved” tactics as an excuse. She and her lawyer know the FBI won’t investigate an unsubstantiated claim from over 35 years ago.
Far too much time has passed. There is no evidence to collect. Witness testimony is unreliable after 48 hours. Imagine trying to dig something up from over three decades ago.
Ford is working with Democrats to oppose Donald Trump. Case closed. They are lying and cheating the American people to deny the appointment of a qualified judge to the Supreme Court.
These are the Democrats, people. The lost the White House, so they are sabotaging the entire country.
These bitter, pathetic losers don’t believe in democracy, rule of law, or government. They want to rule our country like tyrants.
When they don’t get their way, they pull stunts like this to create panic, confusion, and disorder. All in the attempt to destroy the life of a good man.
Now tell me, do people like that deserve to govern in D.C.? I think you know the answer.
