You probably remember this incident, from early this summer.
A teenager entered a restaurant. Like many others in America, he was proudly wearing a MAGA hat.
Apparently, that was a problem for someone else in the restaurant. A grown man approached the kid, stole his hat, and dumped a drink on him and his friend.
The good news was they caught it all on video. It quickly went viral and police apprehended the thug.
Now after just a few weeks of deliberation, a grand jury has dropped a bomb on this punk.

A grand jury in Texas has indicted a 30-year-old man on a felony theft charge after he was accused of throwing a drink at a supporter of President Donald Trump before walking off with the teenager’s “Make America Great Again” hat at a fast food restaurant.
The attack earlier this summer at a San Antonio Whataburger restaurant was partially captured on video. San Antonio TV station KSAT reports that a grand jury on Wednesday indicted Kino Jimenez on a charge of theft of person, which is punishable by up to two years in state jail.

It might sound like a severe punishment. But given today’s climate, it’s pretty appropriate.
All across America, leftists have been lashing out at Trump supporters.
They have kicked them out of restaurants, insulted them in the streets, and even physically assaulted them.
Americans have had their faces smashed in with bottles, simply for wearing a Trump hat. And the left says we incite violence?
A Representative from Washington, Maxine Waters, has called on leftists to attack Trump’s people. Liberals are being empowered to intimidate and assault conservatives.
Their goal is clear: to oppress Trump supporters so they will not stand up for their beliefs.
This indictment sends a clear message to all would-be thugs: don’t mess with conservatives.
We have every right to stand up for our beliefs, to wear a MAGA if we so choose. They will not get away with attacking, bullying, or oppressing fellow Americans.
