Even Fox News sided with CNN and Jim Acosta, so Donald is using his White House Trump card.

Jim Acosta’s stunt at the White House has blown up in the media’s face, and patriotic Americans aren’t falling for his latest stunt either.

Acosta acts like a child, not a real journalist. His disgusting displays in front of the President have been widely criticized by reporters on both sides of the aisle.

At the President’s latest press conference, Acosta refused to give up the microphone for other reporters, even laying hands on a White House intern trying to take the microphone away.

After that disgusting temper tantrum, Acosta’s hard pass was revoked.

Now CNN is suing Trump to reinstate Acosta’s access to the White House.

The rest of the media has piled on to defend them, with even Fox News jumping in.

Well, they have provoked Trump’s wrath, and now’s he’s suggesting something that’s putting the fear of God in them.

CNN argued in its lawsuit filed Tuesday that the White House infringed on Acosta’s First Amendment rights by revoking his access in response to a dispute over a press conference last week.

But Trump’s lawyers replied Wednesday in a legal filing that he has “broad discretion” to police journalists’ access to the White House.

“If the president wants to exclude all reporters from the White House grounds, he has the authority to do that,” Deputy Assistant Attorney General James Burnham said during the hearing in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. “There’s no First Amendment right.”

We’ll have to see if the courts uphold it, but the media has gotten out of control in their arrogance against a president they have no respect for.

News outlets try to hide behind the First Amendment like a shield, but this case has nothing to do with limiting freedom of the press and everything to do with respect.

Trump is not banning all reporters, or refusing to be transparent. He always takes questions from the media, unlike Obama, who very rarely held press conferences and frequently insulted Fox News.

The President isn’t at war against the media, just at war against biased, fake reporters, and banning Acosta is Trump’s way of trying to get all reporters in line.
