Melania Orders Donald To Fire His Top Man – Looks Like Trump Will Give In

He thought he’d be around a long time, but not with Melania calling the shots.

President Trump came to the D.C. swamp to clean house, but it looks like Melania’s even better at it than him.

Donald hasn’t been afraid to make changes when necessary to his cabinet team, starting with Attorney General Jeff Sessions.

There’s been buzz that DHS Secretary Nielsen and deputy national security advisor Mira Ricardel are probably out too.

But now it looks like First Lady Melania has a problem with Trump’s head honcho, and he may hitting the road.

From CNBC:

President Donald Trump’s chief of staff, John Kelly, may be out of his job soon as a result of a conflict with first lady Melania Trump and other people in the White House, seven sources have told NBC News.

Two White House officials told NBC that Melania Trump had told the president earlier in 2018 that Kelly had repeatedly turned down requests to promote some of her aides, even as Kelly’s staff received promotions. Trump reportedly directed Kelly to approve the first lady’s requests after learning of the disputes.

Melania Trump’s spokeswoman, Stephanie Grisham, told CNBC in a text message that “Chief Kelly and the First Lady have never ‘clashed.'”

If the reports are true and Kelly is failing to defer to the First Lady, it’s definitely going to lead to his dismissal.

Kelly was chosen rather hastily to be Chief of Staff after Reince Priebus was unceremoniously fired from the position last year.

Kelly was then forced to rapidly transition into his new role after leaving his position as Secretary of Homeland Security.

Even though he has done a good job as Chief of Staff, changes are sometimes necessary.

The Chief of Staff needs to be able to get along with FLOTUS. If we learned one thing from the show House of Cards, besides that Kevin Spacey is a creep, it’s that harmony in the White House is essential to keeping it functional.

Too often, personal disputes spiral out of control and wind up harming the President’s reputation.

If Trump does decide to replace Kelly, there are a few names in the running. But at the top of the list is Nick Ayers, Vice President Mike Pence’s chief of staff.

Ayers has proven himself to be a positive presence in the Trump administration, advocating strongly for the President’s America First agenda.

With him leading Trump’s staff, we’re guaranteed to have a better running White House.
