As the threat of Islamic terrorism continues to spread across the world, an even greater threat is gaining momentum in Washington.
Recently, the newly formed “U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations” held its second annual National Muslim Advocacy Day on Capitol Hill.
It’s goal? To promote a pro-Muslim agenda in D.C. that will have dire effects across the country.
They’re vague mission statement claims they want to “focus on promoting a legislative agenda in support of equality and social justice issues.”
But when you drill down, you’ll learn they want to push legislation that will both violate American’s free speech and manipulate the government to protect Islam. Both go against the First Amendment.
Most of the issues they advocate seem benign enough, like helping people with bad credit or promote access to fresh food in poor areas.
But they also want to outlaw what they’ve branded “Islamophobia,” whatever that is. They also want to help protect American Muslim communities against the federal government as they continue to fight extremism.
But a greater danger lies in the USCMO’s agenda and it’s not about protecting American Muslims.
According to some experts, this organization is a front for terrorism.
As reported by Western Journalism:
Despite its stated goals, the Hill’s Frank J. Gaffney Jr. believes the group has questionable intentions and a history rooted in terrorist activity. Gaffney claims, “The USCMO is the latest in a long series of front organizations associated with, and working to advance, the agenda of the Muslim Brotherhood in the United States.” He writes the group is actively engaged in “civilization jihad.”
Since 1991, the Muslim Brotherhood has been forming organizations that have infiltrated American politics. Many of these groups are members of USCMO. They are fundamentally hostile to the United States. Their leaders and representatives will gain access to congressional offices through this new group, in order to put forward their dangerous intentions.
If this has you worried, it should.
We currently have a President in office who’s officially an Islamic apologist, who seems to be more concerned with keeping Muslim groups happy in America, rather than protecting citizens from terrorism. All it seems that Muslims extremists need to do to get influence over the government is form a fancy new advocacy group and they’ll be welcomed into any office in D.C.
Gaffney claims these Muslim organizations are created with the intent to have Islamic influence over the United States. He writes, “With the launch of the U.S. Council of Muslim Organizations in March 2014, the Muslim Brotherhood has secured a new instrument for its subversion: a self-described U.S. “political party” meant to dominate and mobilize Muslim voters across the country and get them marching according to one plan.”
There you have it, they’re a political party. And it’s not too far-fetched to find their members running for office, especially in more liberal parts of the country. How would like an Islamic extremist sitting in Congress? It could happen.
Individuals like Gaffney have warned Congress of this group’s intentions, saying: “As long as organizations associated with Islamic supremacism like the USCMO and its member organizations dominate “Muslim Advocacy Day” on Capitol Hill, it will actually be Muslim Brotherhood Advocacy Day. And legislators should have nothing to do with either its participants or its programs.”
We all need to be put on notice and watch just want happens on “Muslim Advocacy Day.” It might become a front for greater attacks on our country.
