She jumped the fence, and now she’s getting what she came for.

The caravans have reached America’s southern border, and they’re causing chaos on both sides.

While Border Patrol and military troops have held them at bay, a few have successfully jumped the fences to reach US soil.

Of course, it’s all to get the long list of benefits reserved for American citizens, including welfare, protection, and many other things.

One pregnant woman just successfully got through and is claiming her “big reward.”

A Honduran woman is believed to be the first member of the migrant caravan to have a child in the United States after scaling the border wall with her family and giving birth within 24 hours.

Maryury Elizabeth Serrano-Hernandez, 19, was more than seven months pregnant when she left Honduras, along with her husband Miguel Ortiz, 20, and their three-year-old son, travelling more than 2,000 miles…

Calling the birth in the U.S. a “big reward” for her family’s journey, Serrano-Hernandez told Univision, which documented parts of their journey: “With the faith in God, I always said my son will be born there (in America).”

Yeah, that’s one nice reward, alright. Because the baby was born on U.S. soil, the mother, father, and three-year-old son can stay.

It’s pretty obvious how “birthright citizenship” is a scam. People can enter illegally, have a baby, and claim a right to stay.

These “anchor babies” often let in more than just the parents. It’s a huge hole in our immigration system that must be fixed, and it’s stirring up discussions again.

The move is likely to reignite the debate surrounding “anchor babies” and birthright citizenship. President Trump threatened in October to end birthright citizenship with an executive order, although others believe it would require a constitutional amendment.

Why should someone be rewarded for breaking the law? Why should a family get to stay, just because that baby was born over a line?

This young woman put herself, and her unborn child, in significant danger to break the law and give her son American citizenship.

But these parents aren’t Americans. They haven’t worked to build this country or contribute to its success.

Yet because they got lucky, jumping over a border fence, they can demand government handouts and benefits for their kid.

This will only lead to millions more risking their lives—and the lives of their children—to hop fences. Parents will drag their families across a Continent, just for a free ride.

Unless President Trump stops it for good.
