American youth are the future of this country.

And while that fact might make some Conservatives cringe, the future is suddenly looking a lot brighter… thanks to President Donald Trump.

Under Barack Obama and other liberal presidents, the youth labor force shrunk. After all, Democrats apparently don’t put any value on youth discipline and work.

But Trump does, as does just about every common-sense American. And that’s why our new leader was very happy to make the following announcement:

As of last Friday morning, the Bureau of Labor Statistics says youth unemployment is at a 50-year low.

According to the press release:

“From April to July 2018, the number of employed youth 16 to 24 years old increased by 2.0 million to 20.9 million.

And according to the Wall Street Journal, the 9.2 percent youth unemployment rate is the lowest since July of 1966. Added the BLS:

“The youth labor force–16- to 24-year-olds working or actively looking for work—grows sharply between April and July each year.

During these months, large numbers of high school and college students search for or take summer jobs, and many graduates enter the labor market to look for or begin permanent employment.

This summer, the youth labor force grew by 2.6 million, or 12.7 percent, to a total of 23.0 million in July.”

Trump applauded this rise and added in a Tweet:

“The U.S. has more than double the growth rate than it had 18 months ago.”

The bottom line is that American youth are working more than they have in a very long time, which is nice to see.

We’re sick of 40-year-olds living at home and refusing to grow up, aren’t we? We’re sick of spoiled, hostile youth who do nothing but scream about gay rights and racism, right?

It’s time for ALL of America to get back to work.

It’s time for us to reclaim what we’ve lost – the hallmark of progress – and the only way to do that is to start expending effort again.
