PETA tried to run the American restaurant out of business, so they bought an epic billboard to set the record straight.
We can all agree that PETA is a joke of an organization.
Not only do they want to shame Americans for eating animals, they are deliberately dishonest about their messaging.
PETA goes out of their way to distort facts about farms, food producers, and restaurants. All to cripple vast industries across the country.
They had the audacity to erect a billboard in Maryland, claiming that crabs are individuals. In Maryland, the crab capital of the country.
So, one famous restaurant decided to fight fire with fire.
From Fox News:
The capitalized “ME” references billboards put up by PETA near several Baltimore seafood restaurants, telling Maryland residents “I’m ME, Not MEAT. See the individual. Go vegan,” next to a picture of a blue crab.
A Maryland crab restaurant responded to a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals’ (PETA) “Go Vegan” billboard by putting up one of its own.

Minadakis told Fox News he was moved to put a stop to what he considers PETA’s “blank checkbook” that is responsible for putting “countless Americans out of work” and “targeting industries from coast to coast.”
John Minadakis called out PETA for deliberately putting up their billboard during one of the biggest seafood festivals of the year.
PETA attacked every small business in the city with their bogus ad. They knew many people would be flocking to Maryland for the festival.
It would bring in plenty of money for local businesses. PETA didn’t care. They only wanted to spread their lies and misinformation.
Like so many other leftists, they want to force people to behave the way they want. To them, lies work. The ends justify the means, after all.
PETA dreams of an America were hard-working folks can’t drink milk, wear wool, or eat crabs. They hate our farmers, fisherman, and ranchers.
They’d be happy if major industries were crippled.
All to satisfy their egos.
At least one restaurant isn’t taking their agenda lying down. Jimmy gave another powerful response to the fear-mongers:
