The media and the Democrats may be in denial, but there is no doubt that as we go into Labor Day who has the momentum in the race for president.
While Hillary has been in a steady decline since the Democrat National Convention, Donald Trump has continued to make gains in state and national polls. The most respected and venerable of these is Reuters. Now we have the latest numbers from them and they show something incredible!
So while the pundits and media keep claiming that Hillary has a huge lead and that Trump need a game changer to stay viable, the steady drip of Clinton scandals continues to erode her standing.
The central tenant of Clinton’s campaign is that she is competent so even if you don’t like her or you disagree with her policies, she is the steady hand that America needs. But this week’s FBI report has further undermined that claim by showing that she repeatedly claimed she couldn’t remember receiving key briefings about the handling of classified information.
How can you be competent when you can’t even remember something as important as that! The American people seem to be concludes that you can’t.
The Hill has the latest results…
Clinton leads Trump, 42 percent to 40 percent, in a two-way race in the Morning Consult poll released Sunday morning.
Just three weeks ago, Clinton led Trump by 7 points in the same poll, 44 percent to 37 percent.
If Hillary keeps collapsing at this rate and Trump continues to show himself as presidential and competent as he did with his recent trip to Mexico and his very positive outreach to the black community, there is nothing that can save her now!
