Should Loretta Lynch Go To Jail For Her Crimes?

It’s an odd quirk that liberals are quick to accuse conservatives of the very things they are guilty of.

We saw that from Hillary again and again. The left have regularly attacked Trump for things they cannot prove. Yet we learn that their own people were doing those things, including former Attorney General Lynch.

Now it seems she might be facing more than just a tarnished reputation.

From Info Wars:

Former Attorney General Loretta Lynch could be jailed for up to ten years if found guilty of misconduct, Judge Andrew Napolitano claimed Monday.

If emails exist between Lynch and former DNC Chairwoman Debbie Wasserman Schultz improperly discussing the Clinton email investigation, the former attorney general could be charged with “misconduct in office,” a felony carrying five to ten years in jail, the Fox Business contributor stated…

“It’s a felony. Depending upon exactly what they charged her with, it could be five or 10 years in jail. It’s very serious. It’s the equivalent of obstruction of justice. It’s the same allegation they are making about the president…”

Comey had previously stated under oath he believed Ms. Lynch’s tarmac meeting with former President Bill Clinton also destroyed the FBI’s ability to carry out the Clinton email investigation in a credible manner.

One of the left’s attacks against President Trump has been the idea that he “obstructed justice” in the case regarding Mike Flynn. Yet James Comey’s testimony destroyed that possibility, as all that Trump said was “hope.” It was clear he did nothing to stop the FBI’s work.

Yet there is evidence to suggest that Lynch was working with the DNC and Clinton to suppress the investigation into Hillary’s illegal email server. The meeting with Bill on the tarmac speaks loudly of collusion.

That would be actual obstruction of justice. As head of the Justice Department, Lynch could have easily prevented the case from punishing Clinton, even if Hillary was found guilty.

What do you think? Should former Attorney General Lynch pay for her crimes, or should she be shielded like other politicians from the consequences of her actions?

So what happens next? It hinges largely on whether or not the Senate can find evidence of collusion, such as emails between Lynch and DNC heads.

But considering how quick liberals are to destroy emails, that might not be likely.
