Social Security has always been in jeopardy, but it’s worse than we could have imagined.

Thanks to the ever-increasing cost of living, and the waste of the federal government, our country doesn’t always have the funds to pay benefits.

President Trump promised not to touch millions of seniors’ SS benefits. They worked hard all their lives, they shouldn’t be punished because the swamp can’t pay its bills.

Still, many economic advisers and experts say that major changes must come to Social Security before it officially becomes bankrupt.

Now a new revelation blasts a massive hole in the very security of the system.

Nearly 40 million Social Security numbers have been stolen and used by illegal immigrants and others to get work, according to agency records obtained by an immigration reform group.

The Immigration Reform Law Institute said that from 2012 to 2016 there were “39 million instances where names and Social Security numbers on W-2 tax forms did not match the corresponding Social Security records.”

The group said that there is a “thriving black market” used by illegal immigrants to get Social Security numbers needed to get a job.

Anyone who collects Social Security knows how difficult it can be to get benefits.

The government can reject someone over any number of technicalities. Imagine how hard it will be for Americans to collect benefits if they are one of the 40 million who was robbed?

This is a huge number of stolen Social Security numbers. Some of them might be the numbers of dead citizens and others the SSN’s of children.

But a large portion of those numbers are from retired Americans. They will have significant trouble getting benefits, because of these identity thieves.

Anyone that’s been the victim of identity theft can tell you: it can take years to clear up the problem.

This is all thanks to Barack Obama, who refused to enforce a rule that required businesses from reporting fraud.

Now millions of retired Americans might not get the benefits they need to survive.

The only way this black market is defeated is to deprive it of customers. If there is no one able to buy stolen SNN’s, then the market will fold.

Hmm, how can we stop illegal immigrants from stealing Social Security Numbers? I don’t know, how about a wall!
