It would be a big win for Trump – but Democrats are proposing a radical change to the Constitution to make it happen.

Democrats are in panic mode over the state of the Supreme Court.

They’ve already lost their liberal majority. Over the next 30 years or more, conservative decisions will be handed down from the highest court in the land.

It looks like Trump will have yet another top justice to appoint in the next year or two, and even Democrats are stunning the world by getting on board.

Ruth Bader Ginsburg, at the age of 85, suffered a fall recently and broke two ribs. During surgery, they discovered malignant cancer and completed another surgery to remove it.

All the while RBG has been doing her Supreme Court work in a hospital bed. And some liberals have realized they’re taking this too far – the poor woman should not be pressured to continue working when her health is ailing.

So the Left seems to be giving in and admitting RBG shouldn’t serve anymore, but they’re using the opportunity to float a radical change to the Constitution.

The Supreme Court should reflect the Constitution and the country, not the quirks of longevity. Holding justices to a single, nonrenewable term would lower the stakes of any individual Supreme Court nomination as well as make the timing of fights more predictable.

Liberals are so pathetic in their Ginsburg-worship. Socialist TV host Stephen Colbert joked about wrapping her up in bubble wrap—just to keep her safe.

Yet when push comes to shove, they’d get rid of even their Saint Ruth, if it meant they could weaken Trump’s influence in America.

This ridiculous notion—of shortening a Justice’s time on the bench to just 18 years—is a pathetic ploy to undermine Trump’s authority.

Democrats will do anything to stop Trump from winning for the American people. He’s already appointed two conservative judges to the bench. Chances are, he’ll get a third.

What better way to erase his legacy—and the will of the millions who elected him—but by kicking out the men he put on the Supreme Court?

Democrats have to suffer with Trump for the next 2 to 6 years. But Gorsuch and Kavanaugh will be making decisions for the rest of their life.

Even if it means getting rid of their precious RBG—who is, let’s face it, far too old to do anything—they’ll push for term limits to Supreme Court Justices.

Once again, Democrats are upset they are losing, so they want to change the rules. They didn’t complain about this when Obama appointed two justices. If he had the power to appoint five more, they wouldn’t have said boo.

These are the Democrats today. Petty, childish, and completely unwilling to follow our laws.

But they are right about one thing: it’s time for RBG to step down. She’s far too old to preside.
