Supreme Court ‘Conservative Supermajority’ Strikes – 5 Major Cases Have Liberals Wringing Their Hands

What’s Happening:

Although not in office, Donald Trump’s Supreme Court continues to score wins for liberty.

Democrats are still reeling from the court’s summer decisions. SCOTUS made history with rulings that restored rights back to states and Americans.

And now, they are set to rock the liberal establishment even more, as the fall session begins.

These are five major cases to watch.

From The Hill:

The Supreme Court’s first case of the new term involves a major environmental dispute over the federal government’s power to protect the nation’s waterways…

A pair of cases will challenge the use of race-conscious admissions in higher education…

The justices will hear an election law case that could hand state legislatures sweeping new powers over how voting maps are drawn and federal elections conducted…

The Supreme Court will hear a First Amendment dispute that deals with a Colorado website designer’s refusal to make her services available for same-sex weddings.

The highest court in the land will hear five cases that shake up the nation and shatter the left’s stranglehold on top issues.

The court will decide how much power the federal government has over the environment. Biden’s EPA wants to control wetlands not connected to federal waters–a clear overuse of the Clean Water Act.

In addition to this, the court will hear two cases that strike at the left’s race-based admissions policies at colleges. For decades, students of color enjoyed special treatment–regardless of merit.

The court could very well end forty years of affirmative action.

In the realm of election law, the court could give states a major win, denying Democrats’ attempt at reshaping election maps.

Another case will decide if Democrats can redraw election maps that favor racial groups–a violation of the Voting Rights Act.

And another case will once again pit Americans’ religious rights against the far left’s gay agenda.

All of these cases will have repercussions for all Americans. The court can restore power to the people, protecting our rights.

Or it can reinforce far-left policies that have been chipping away at American liberties for years.

Considering the court has a 6-3 conservative majority, Democrats have good reason to be worried.

But anything can happen.

Key Takeaways:

  • The Supreme Court will hear 5 critical cases in the fall session.
  • Democrats fear the court will overturn far-left policies across the country.
  • Thanks to Donald Trump, the court enjoys a 6-3 conservative majority.
