Supreme Court Drops Travel Ban STUNNER—Even Donald Is Speechless!

The Supreme Court has decided that yet another ruling from a liberal lower court is complete rubbish.

SCOTUS has delivered another win for President Donald Trump’s contentious travel ban.

The ruling revolves around stricter enforcement of the ban, which of course a left-leaning court took umbrage with.

This marks the second Supreme Court victory for the Trump administration on the issue.

Conservative Tribune shares the scoop on the latest ruling.

The Supreme Court ruled to allow stricter enforcement of President Donald Trump’s travel ban by blocking a lower court ruling that would have made it possible for thousands of refugees to enter the United States in the near future.

It was the second Supreme Court win for Trump on the travel ban issue, though like the first one, it involved some compromise on the court.

For the latest ruling, The Trump administration was trying to gain some clarity on the previous ruling, which was a little foggy on which familial relationships could be exempted from the ban.

During the ruling on Wednesday the Supreme Court agreed with the lower court that the relationships the Trump administration allowed were too narrow and decided not to stay the lower court’s ruling that allowed “grandparents, grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, or siblings-in-law,” to be exempted from the ban.

However, in a huge victory for Trump, it knocked down Judge Watson’s ruling that allowed refugees with resettlement agencies.

The decision passed with a 6-3 vote to allow more relationships into the travel ban exceptions, as well as the win for President Trump to allow stricter enforcement of the travel ban.

While the Trump administration had to give a little to get a lot, we can still move chalk this one up as a big win.

Those that insist on politicizing from the bench would be wise to reexamine things in the wake of the Supreme Court pointing out the absurdity of their rulings on the travel ban, but we won’t hold our breath on that.

The U.S. Constitution is pretty cut and dry, and we should all thank our lucky stars that we have a Supreme Court to knock some sense into those that want to disregard it completely.
