Once more, reality doesn’t fit the story that the left tells itself and the American people.
The truth is that Donald Trump will not only be great for the economy, he will also be great for libertarians who care about gay rights, marijuana reform and states’ rights.
Already there is a Libertarians for Trump group, Rand Paul has endorsed him and now one of the biggest libertarians in business has thrown his support to Trump, even becoming a delegate for him!
Prominent tech entrepreneur Peter Thiel will serve as a pledged delegate for presumptive Republican presidential nominee Donald Trump in California.
Thiel is best known for co-founding PayPal. He also co-founded Palantir, a big-data software company that is presently valued at roughly $20 billion, making it the fourth-largest private internet company worldwide.
Thiel was the first outside investor in Facebook and also funded other major tech startups including Spotify, Stripe and SpaceX.
He donated $2.6 million to Ron Paul’s super-PAC in 2012 and has given to other libertarian causes over the years. Thiel, who is openly gay, has publicly supported gay marriage and medical marijuana use.
Thiel is also a member of the Koch Donor Network. This is a huge get for Trump that will help him immeasurably in the general election against Hillary Clinton.
