What’s Happening:
The success of the Democrats this midterm season rests on the strength of their leader.
How well Joe Biden can support his party’s many candidates can make or break the elections. The same can be said of Donald Trump, who has played a large role in the GOP primaries.
But it looks as if nobody on the left wants Biden’s help–because he won’t be popping up at their rallies.
From Fox News:
Biden is campaigning far from the key swing states where the battle for the House and Senate is playing out…
Biden is far from the campaign trail though, where his presence could do more damage than good for fellow Democrats facing challenging re-elections…
Trump is busy hitting the campaign trail, aiming to energize his party’s conservative base and boost some of the candidates he endorsed during this year’s GOP primaries.
Isn’t this interesting? If Biden is doing so well, as the liberal media claims, why is he not hitting the trail for his party?
Donald Trump will be spending much of the next few weeks hosting major rallies in battleground districts.
Many Republican candidates crave his endorsement and energy, as Trump can rev up voters like few others.
Meanwhile, Biden has been relegated to lap dog for Democrats, drumming up cash from deep-pocket dummies in D.C.
Nobody wants him stumping, especially in swing districts getting hammered by inflation and the open border.
Biden’s numbers continue to sour. Inflation and gas prices are kicking back up. If he were to show his face at a rally–that Democrat would be sure to lose.
(Which is why many of them have openly criticized him in TV ads.)
We can also assume that Biden is being kept out of the public eye–because of his increasing gaffes.
Many Americans fear Biden is far from healthy. And it doesn’t take long with him behind the mic until he says something odd, off-putting, or just plain wrong.
The last time he was behind the mic, he tried to speak to a dead congresswoman. Imagine what he’d do at a rally.
This is just a repeat of 2020–when Democrats hid Biden from voters as much as they could. But this time, he has two years of failure dragging the party down.
Hiding Biden is the least of their problems.
Key Takeaways:
- Joe Biden will not be appearing at rallies for Democrats struggling this midterm.
- Donald Trump continues to host large rallies, revving up GOP voters.
- Democrats are keeping Biden away, because of his low approval and failing health.
