We’ve never seen a President as adept as shaming the media for the blood-sucking institution it has become.
We’ve seen, throughout the presidential campaign, how vile and evil the mainstream media can be. They threw way any shred of credibility they had.
They stooped to new lows to discredit Trump as a candidate and to prop up Crooked Hillary.
They dug up old audio recordings. They spread rumors about his family. They attacked his children and his wife. Today the media regularly lies about the president, hoping to derail his success in the White House.
They still haven’t learned they cannot win. They couldn’t stop him from winning the election and they cannot stop him from succeeding in his promises to make American great again.
It’s clear President Trump is not fazed by the relentless attacks from the MSM. In fact, it only serves to strengthen his resolve.
He made that very clear as he announced to the world this statement.
President Donald Trump defied media coverage of his presidency, vowing to keep fighting for the people who elected him president.
“Look at the way I’ve been treated lately especially by the media,” Trump said. “No politician in history, and I say this with great surety, has been treated worse or more unfairly.”
The president made his remarks during his commencement address at the Coast Guard Academy in Connecticut, offering his advice to the graduates.
“You will find that thing happen to you that you do not deserve and that are not always warranted, but you have to put your head down and fight, fight, fight.” Trump said. “Never ever, ever give up. Things will work out just fine…”
“I didn’t get elected to serve the Washington media or special interests,” he said. “I got elected to serve the forgotten men and women of our country, and that’s what I’m doing.”
If we allowed the media to have their way, Hillary Clinton would now be president. It’s a thought few of us could stomach. Imagine the irreparable damage she would do to our country. We wouldn’t even have a country left.
So why would we care what the media is saying now? Trump defied the media, appealing directly to the people, to become the 45th President. Today, he continues to prioritize the many people who gave him support, not the elite, ego-driven media that has always hated him.
Let’s hope our president continues to infuriate, defy, and upset the media elite. Let’s hope his leadership will cause the mainstream media to come crashing down in flames. Let’s hope they learn that dishonesty and corruption will no longer prevail in our country.
