What did Americans hire President Trump for? To drain the swamp.
Especially the Washington swamp slugs living the high life in D.C. while they neglect our most honorable Americans—veterans.
Under former President Obama, 307,000 veterans died while waiting for care (according to CNN).
And this is from the author of Obamacare.
These veterans served our nation overseas only to die at home, neglected by the very country they had given so much to protect.
Now Trump just announced that he has been draining the swamp in a big way, and all our veterans are cheering.

He then explained how he has passed other legislation to ensure no brave soldier dies while waiting for care ever again.
“In June I signed into law the most significant VA reform in half a century called Veterans Choice. Now if a veteran cannot get the treatment they need from the VA in a timely manner, they can see a private doctor. They don’t have to wait 12 days or 20 days.”
President Trump has never wavered in his support for our servicemen and women, and has donated millions from his own pocket to veterans throughout his life.
Now our veterans no longer have to depend on a corrupt and inefficient bureaucracy built up by Democrats to receive the care they deserve.
Trump is rapidly undoing the damage Obama did to the VA.
