He’s gone for good.
Sometimes, things move fast. Sometimes things move very fast.
The past week has brought on revelation after another of deep state slugs in our government.
We learned that employees of various agencies were working against the administration. Once that news broke, investigations were launched.
This weekend a major story came out alleging a top official was trying to oust the president to help the Democrats.
Before the dust settles, he’s already out.
Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein has verbally resigned to Chief of Staff John Kelly in anticipation of being fired by President Trump, according to a source with direct knowledge.
Per a second source with direct knowledge: “He’s expecting to be fired,” so he plans to step down…
Rosenstein talked last year about invoking the 25th Amendment and wearing a wire during Trump meetings, the N.Y. Times’ Adam Goldman and Michael S. Schmidt reported last week. He denied both allegations.
Initially, Rosenstein denied the allegations. He even said the comments were done in jest.
Maybe they weren’t.
Considering the story came from the New Yorker Times—once again citing anonymous sources—there is plenty of skepticism. The Times, along with all left-wing news, has been incredibly dishonest.
There was a good reason to think that Rosenstein was being framed.
News of his resignation seems to further confirm he was working against the Trump administration, even though Donald hired him. Obviously, he was working to help Obama and his cronies from behind the scenes.
UPDATE: Even though it came from a credible news source in Axios, it seems as if Rosenstein’s resignation/Trump’s firing has not been finalized and they may meet soon to come to an agreement.
But are we still being duped?
It’s possible Rosenstein, exposed for his corruption, is resigning before an investigation can uncover his wrongdoing. Or, humiliated over a false story, he’s trying to bow out gracefully.
Then there is the possibility that Trump is once again playing the media for fools.
How long before Rosenstein appears on CNN or MSNBC, making wild claims about the administration? Much like Omarosa did when she was canned?
Perhaps Rosenstein is a fall guy—being used to trick the Left. Or perhaps he is the swamp slug the Times paints him to be.
Our takeaway? The Left will do whatever it can to sow mistrust among Americas. They want us to believe the White House is in total chaos.
