If you hadn’t heard, yet ANOTHER illegal migrant caravan is heading toward the U.S. border.
This one is coming from Honduras, a nation from which America has seen countless illegals and criminals over the years.
This new flood of migrants has already crossed into Guatemala and it continues to increase in size:

It started out with only 160 people but that number has swelled to a ridiculous 2,000. And it’ll probably get even bigger.
During a recent speech, Vice President Mike Pence told the Honduras, El Salvador, and Guatemala governments to stop the caravan:
“Tell your people: Don’t put your families at risk by taking the dangerous journey north to attempt to enter the United States illegally.”
But of course, it didn’t work. Mere words mean nothing to these people.
Therefore, President Donald Trump has stepped in yet again … and he has threatened to do EXACTLY what America should do (via Breitbart):
“President Donald Trump threatened to halt federal aid to Honduras in response to a caravan of migrants making its way to the United States to claim asylum.“
POTUS threw up the fiery ultimatum on Twitter and it’s certainly the right move.
The United States has strongly informed the President of Honduras that if the large Caravan of people heading to the U.S. is not stopped and brought back to Honduras, no more money or aid will be given to Honduras, effective immediately!

The problem is that current U.S. law allows “migrants fleeing violence” to claim asylum at the American border, regardless of who those people are.
And they don’t have to prove much of anything, either; “fleeing violence” is a very subjective term and we’re apparently not allowed to argue.
Translation: even violent criminals can get into the U.S. if they claim asylum.
Yes, our immigration system is broken – thanks to Democrats – and it needs to be fixed immediately. As Trump said on Monday:
“We have the dumbest laws in history, and it’s because of the Democrats, because they want to have these laws that way.”
Absolutely correct.
But Trump is a man of action, as we all know by now.
The best way to deal with countries that continue to dump their trash on our doorstep? Cut off their funding. Not a dime more.
And the next step for America? BUILD THE WALL!
