The globalist U.N. didn’t have a chance against The Donald.

Once again, President Donald Trump appeared before the ranks of the United Nations.

Last year, he offered up a few major goals the United States had regarding international affairs. Top of the list was North Korea and Iran.

This year, he signaled to that collection of corrupt, elitist diplomats that Obama’s style of leadership was over.

Instead, the United States will no longer bow to the interests of outside influences. A new era has begun.

From The Atlantic:

“America will always choose independence and cooperation over global governance, control, and domination,” he said…

“We will never surrender America’s sovereignty to an unelected, unaccountable bureaucracy.”

Again and again, Trump gave notice that there was a new sheriff in town—and that it was neither a global policeman nor a guardian of global interests.

For years, the United States has kowtowed to the corrupt influences of global politics. Barack Obama was more concerned with pleasing the elitists of the U.N., rather than the hard-working citizens of America.

Those days are long over. President Trump is making it clear to the United Nations that his administration is putting America first.

Globalism means surrender. It means forgetting our country’s interests, so that powerful foreign nations—and their businesses and politicians—can profit.

When America submits to the globalist agenda—pushed by the U.N.—we lose our identity and prosperity.

The American people’s voice is ignored, in favor of unelected diplomats who are easily bribed, blackmailed, or otherwise corrupted.

Donald Trump is having none of that. We’ve seen him torch globalist schemes since he entered office (The Paris Climate Agreement was one of the biggest).

His appearance at the U.N. is a reminder to some of the biggest globalists that the United States isn’t up for sale. He is putting our people ahead of the schemes of the U.N.

I can guarantee you the collected ambassadors did not like that. Much like the corrupt Democrats in the U.S., U.N. officials put their own interests ahead of the people they represent.

Don’t be surprised to learn that foreign press outlets are bashing Trump’s speech. For good reason: they’re terrified.

The United States is headed in a new direction. One of prosperity for its citizens, and every nation who wants to work with us, fairly.
